Quentin Darnel Bishop

Quentin Darnel Bishop, age24, departed this life at Good Samaritan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Friday, October 25, 2013 at the age of 24. He attended Harlem High School in Rockford, IL where he exceled in basketball and football. Quentin was employed with SMG at the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Beloved son of Teresa Bishop (Emanuel) Williams and Andrew (Sheleta) Stevenson, Jr. He was reared by his great aunt Priscilla (Larry) Landry whom he loved like a mother. Brother of Tijaria Williams, Andrew and Anthony Christoph, Nakia and Jasamine Williams. Grandson of Artist Washington, Gloria Stevenson, Debra Bonds, and the late Gladys Bishop and Andrew Stevenson, Sr. Great grandson of Freddie Bishop. Nephew of Samuel Williams, Marilyn Robinson, and Samantha Williams. Great nephew of Brenda Brooks, and Denise (Edward) Sorrells. Godson of Gloria Williams and Sheryl Pye; also survived by a host of aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
