Vera Nell Bass

Vera Nell Bass entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 11, 2013 at her residence. Mother of Gloria (J.B.) Holloway, Diane (Ernest) Dede, Michelle (Ronald) Swayne, Gwendolyn Bass, Wayne Bass, and the late Larry Bass. Sister of Rev. J. Napoleon Bass, Robert Earl (Carmen) Bass, Evelyn Haley, Frankie (Hollie) Booth, Celestine Fairman, and Lela Bass, also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 79 years a native of Bassfield, Ms. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Calvary Tabernacle CME Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Calvary Tabernacle CME Church 3629 Dryades St. New Orleans, La. on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
