Paul Anthony "PJ" Jackson, Sr. departed this life at Canon Hospice on Sunday, November 10, 2013. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School and a retired welder from Avondale Shipyard after 30 years of service. Beloved husband of Theoclaire Jackson. Loving father of Paul A., Jr., Ryan K., Jaime and Gerren Jackson. Son of the late John and Daisy Jackson. Brother of John Earl Jackson, Jonette J. Martin, Marsha J. Ponson and the late Lawrence Joseph. Grandson of the late Phil Merriday, Louise Kennedy Merriday, Southern Jackson and Pinkie Jackson; also survived by 9 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
