Shawanda Lynn Ross departed this earth at Maison Deville Nursing Home on Thursday, November 21, 2013. Wanda attended John Ehret Sr. High School. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and stay at home mom. Wanda enjoyed being a mother to her ten beautiful children and nurturing her relationship with her own mother through daily phone calls. Loving mother of Roineka, Brandon, Angelo, Courtney, Ashanti, Arieal, Brianna, Deshon, Derriaun, and Devante Ross. Grandmother of Kevin, Kev'launa, and Princess Ross. Daughter of Lawrence and Linda Ross. Sister of Wilbert (Nitza) Louis and Shaun (Joseph) Davis, and Shamika Ross, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 40 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La.
