Victoria Macon Calvin entered into eternal rest at her residence with her family on Thursday, December 12, 2013. Wife of the late Sidney Calvin, Sr. Mother of Sidney (Janice) Calvin, Jr., Elousie (Henderson) Mumford, Alma Pegues, Shearon (Marie) Calvin, Wanda (Harry) Casby, Quinston (Katherine) Calvin, Cameron (Kathy) Calvin, Kim (Robert) Kency, and the late Terry, Jerry, Tim Calvin and Michael Norman. Beloved daughter of the late Alma and Rev. David Macon, Sr. Grandmother of the late Henry Washington and Jasper Branch. Sister of the late Theadoris Mosley, Ruth Raney, Gertrude Macon, Odeal Smith, Alberta Barrow, Herbert Macon, David, Jr., Joseph, and Pete Macon, also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 86 years a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La.
