Rev. Joseph David Bailey departed this life on Friday, January 17, 2014 at his residence. Son of the late David Williams Bailey and Mary Agnes Bailey. Brother of the late Rita Green, Theresa and Bula Bailey. Uncle of Shirley Bailey, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends Age: 82 years a native and resident of Gretna, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Good Hope Baptist Church and Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Good Hope Baptist Church, 2028 Weyer St. Gretna, La. on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Eddie Cross, III officiating Interment: St. Joseph Cemetery-Marrero, La. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
