Rev. Timothy George Briscoe Sr. departed this life Friday, January 17, 2014 @ his residence. Beloved husband by first marriage to Barbara Nelson Briscoe and Pearl Slocum Briscoe by second marriage. Devoted Father of Rev. Timothy George Briscoe Jr., Cornelius Briscoe, William Briscoe Sr., Jermaine (Sharon) Briscoe, Damien Slocum, Johnathan (Tyra) Briscoe and Ryan Briscoe. Son of the late Rev. George Briscoe and Sylvia Crutchfield Briscoe. Grandson of the late Adam and Laura Steward Briscoe and William and Susan Weathers Crutchfield. Brother of Leroy Williams, Tyrone Briscoe, Vera (Earl) Little and the late Curtis Williams, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 68 years a native of White Castle, La and a resident of Bridge City, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Historic True Vine B C and all neighboring churches.
