Carla Agnes Smith-Williams, a retired Certified Nurse Assistant departed this life at her residence on Friday, February 28, 2014. Mother of Joey Meko Williams. Daughter of Lillian Higgins Smith and the late Edward Smith, Sr. Sister of Felton Earl Powell, Cathy D. Smith, and Sheila P. Joseph, also survived by 2 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 60 years a native and a resident of New Orleans, La.
