Sandra Lynn Bowman- Brown, a manager for the Arc of St. Charles, entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Mother of Clevon Brown, Jr. Daughter of Gwendolyn Jones Bowman and the late Lorenzo Bowman. Granddaughter of the late Mary Alice and Holloway Jones and the late Adell and F. M. Newton. Sister of Warren (LaRae), Derrick (Trenell), and Lavone Bowman, Lorenzo Lawson, Lisa Bowman (Larry) Henry, Katrina Dixon, Deyonika Lawson, Cagerial Bowman (Dominic) Mendes, and Tantehelene Lawson. Former wife of Clevon Brown, Sr. Daughter in law of Mary Campbell; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 46 years a native and resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Mary Baptist Church and neighboring churches; John Ehret High School Class of 1987and employees of The Arc of St. Charles are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Mary Baptist Church 6223 6th Ave. Marrero, La. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Edward Joseph, officiating.
