Harold Hughes, Sr.

Harold Hughes, Sr., a retired truck driver for Dixie Art Supply, departed this life at St. Luke Living Center on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Harold loved to play cards and spend time with his nephew Gerald every Saturday. Husband of Francis Hughes. Father of Harold, Jr., Katheleen, Horace, and Linda Hughes. Son of the late Henry and Leona Hughes. Brother of Joseph Hughes and the late Henry, Lloyd, Earl Hughes,Velma Davis, Mamie Moon, Mildred Smith, Helen Johnson, and Doris Foster, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 79 years a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Fischer Community Church 1737 L.
