Lionel Rankins Robinson departed this life at Touro Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 @ 9:54a.m. Husband of the late Mazie Robinson. Father of Leonal (Theresa) Robinson, Sr., Paula Robinson, Troylynn Hobbs, Janell Robinson, Lanette (Richard) Robinson, Lanny (Michelle) Robinson, and Don (Dionne) Robinson, Sr. Son of the late Roscoe and Mamie Robinson. Brother of Johnny Robinson, Jean Pugh, Valerie Butler and the late Ras Robinson, Gloria Lemieux, and Louis Robinson, also survived by 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 76 years a native of Marrero, La. and a resident of New Orleans, La.
