Charles David Collins entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Baton Rouge General Hospital. Loving and devoted husband of Loyce Collins. Father of Charlene Collins, Terrence Venson, and the late Patricia Estella Collins, also survived by sisters, brothers, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 82 years a native of St. Louis, MO. and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA.
