June Ann Johnson Williams entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Cannon Hospice at the age of 67. Beloved wife of Ernest Williams. Daughter of Andrew Johnson and Elnora Joseph. Mother of Marisa Madere Jones (Durell) and Rachell Price. Grandmother of Alexis Fennidy, Amaiya Jones, Wesley Jones, III and Kylinn Jones.She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. A native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Progressive Church, Second Highway Baptist Church, employees of Jefferson Parish Government (Finance Department and Community Action Program), Odyssey House and Uptown Healthcare are invited to attend the celebration of life to be held at Progressive Church, 437 Cohen Avenue, Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Sterling Mealancon officiating.
