Cynthia "Mooner" Marie Simmons Charles departed this life on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at her residence. Beloved wife of Elight Charles. Devoted mother of Tanner and Tyler Simmons. Grandmother of Latanza and LaTaishe Simmons, Carmen Lott and Jahri Founan. Daughter of the late Milton Simmons and Cecelia Taylor Simmons. Sister of Paul and Jerome (Mandy) Simmons and the late Ceceliea, Margie, Florence, Milton, Lionel, Stanley and Henry Simmons, Clara Johnson, Rose Lindsey and Lester Dix. Niece of Nancy Pierre; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
