Evangelist Mildred Lewis passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at her residence. Loving wife of Warren Lewis. Devoted and loving mother of Jeanette (Michael) Pike, Lorena ( Bruce) Vedor, Patrice, Olander, Harry (Shannen) and Felita Alexander. Daughter of the late Samuel Eugene and Audrey Lee Dixon. Sister of Iola (Joseph, Sr.) Onezine, Ellen (Everett) Jones, Gwendolyn Eugene, Shelia (Reverend Albert, Sr.) Ketchens, Annette Parker, Paulette Alexander, Kurt (Debra) Dixon, Tracy Eugene and the late Garden and Samuel Eugene, Jr. Close friend of Adell Kent and Bobby Joe; also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 65 years, native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of True Liberty Mission Church, Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of West Jefferson Medical Center, Ochsner Hospital, Inspiration House Care Provider and Lane Bryant are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 Fourth Street, Westwego, LA on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden, host pastor, Pastor Thomas C.
