Son of Gloria Russell Armstrong of Hammond, LA and Charlie Armstrong, Sr. of Woodville, MS. Stepson of John L. Hampton of New Orleans, LA and the late Juanita Armstrong. Brother of Rev. Terry (Dr. Luvica) Russell of Hammond, LA, Charles (fiancé Velma Pantallion) of Alexandria, LA, Neil (LaTonya) Armstrong of Baton Rouge, LA and Paula Ridgeway of Marrero, LA. Grandson of the late Major and Clara Russell , Harrison and Pearlina Armstrong. Godfather of Semaj Simon. Best friend of Nelson Selico. Preceded in death by 5 uncles and 2 aunts. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, stepbrothers, stepsisters, step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Age: 52 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA.
