Brian Gasper

Brian" Brother" Kenneth Gasper, age 57, entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. He was a native of Harvey, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Brian retired from Heritage Electric as an electrician after 30 years of service. Loving husband of Margaret T. Gasper. Son of the late Thomas Joseph Gasper, Jr. and Gladys Coleman Gasper. Brother of of Olivia (Ken) Jones, Juanita, Thomas (Roxie), Michael (Janice), Joann (Robert) and the late Graylon G. Gasper. Grandson of the late Olivia Ellison; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family would like thank Davita Dialysis for the care they provided to Brian. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Progressive Church, Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church, New Bethel Baptist Church, Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research, First Pilgrim Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Heritage Electrical Company are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Progressive Church, 437 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Sterling Mealancon, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
