Lloyd Jean went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 28, 2014. He was a merchant marine and later became a court officer for the Louisiana Supreme Court. Husband of the late Earline Cooper Jean. Father of Lois and Myrnalynn. Son of Paul Jean and Pearl Cormier Jean, also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 5 siblings and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 82 years native of Canton, La. and a resident of Frisco, Tx. Relatives and friends of the family also priest and parishioners of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the mass of Christian burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church 455 Ames Blvd. Marrero, La. on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
