Delana (Frogy Frog, Gi-Gi) Wright Fairman, departed this life at Ochnser Medical Center Jefferson Highway on Friday, May 16, 2014. Beloved wife of Jerry L. Fairman, Sr. Devoted mother of Jerry L. (Karen) Fairman, Jr. Grandmother of Laila and Langston Fairman. Loving daughter of Antoine, Sr. and Pearl Wright. Sister of Sonya (Gregory) Gaines, Patrina (Christian) Warrick, Gail "Mussie" Wright, and Iola Canselo. Daughter in law of the late Willie and Thomas Fairman. Niece of Modeste Allen, Alberta Wright, Fayola (Henry) Smith, Florence (T.J.) Walker, Thelma (J.W.) Hunter, Delores Sinclaire, Obsie Jean (Melvin) Johnson. Devoted friend of Nicole Wilson and Althea Harrington. Devoted cousin of Trica Washington, also survived by 5 sisters in law, 5 brothers in law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
