Yvette Richard Lawson, a retired school teacher for Jefferson Parish School System departed this life at Wynhoven Healtch Care Center on Monday, June 3, 2014 @ 10:00p.m. Wife of the late Jimmie Lawson. Daughter of the late Rev. Samuel T. Richard and Lillie F. Richard. Sister of Ernestine Pritchett, Barbara D. (Ernest) Jones, and the late Vernon Richard, Sr. and Daisy B. Jones. Devoted aunt of Linda Pritchett. Sister in law of the late Rev. Alex Pritchett, Alvin Jones, and Doris Richard, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, of other relatives and friends. Age: 84 years a native of Westwego, La. and a resident of Marrero, La.
