Crawford "CC" Caston, a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight, departed this Friday, June 20, 2104 at River Region Hospice. Husband of Lennie Lee Brumfield Caston. Father of John H. (Roslyn) Perry, Jr. Brother of Robert and Andrew Caston both of Portland, Or. Brother of Lena Ramsey, Rosia Mae (Felix) Braxton, Helen (Fezell) Ard of Portland, Or., and Virgie (J.C.) Ramsey of Kenwood, La., also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 79 years a native of Tylertown, Ms. and a resident of Marrero, La. for the past 45 years. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Heavenly Star, Second True Love, and Third Rose of Sharon Baptist Churches are invited to attend the visitation at Heavenly Star Baptist Church 1020 Cohen St. Marrero, La. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 6:00p.m.- 8:00p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 10:00a.m.at the above named church with a viewing starting 9:00a.m. until service time.
