Janice Marie Smith, an accountant, departed this life at Ochsner Foundation Hospital on Thursday, July 17, 2014 a 5:30a.m. Wife of Clarence Rodrigue. Mother of LaShandra, Clara, Ryan, Taj, and James Smith, and Clarence Rodrigue. Daughter of Anthony and Odessa Smith Roberson. Granddaughter of the late Alfred E. Smith, Sr., Louise McFloyd Smith, Clarence and Lucile Roberson. Sister of Kenneth Roberson, Karin Roberson, and Tina Smith. Niece of the late Clarence, Michael, and Juanita Roberson. Cousin of the late Michelle Parker, also survived by 7 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 48 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Avondale, La.
