Rhinell Paynes, Sr., a retired propeller Mechanic at Bollinger Shipyard departed this life on Friday, July 25, 2014. Father of Rhinell (DaKema) Paynes, Jr., Sonya Harry, Tanya H. (Derrick) Ross, Veronique H. (Donald) Lewis, Gina H. (David) Jones, Daryl (Tabitha) Harry, and Martin Harry, Jr. Son of Ida Mae Paynes and the late Jules Paynes, Sr. Brother of Jules, Jr., William, Tyron, and Ivory Joe Payne, Alma Harris, Paulette Gray, Carol Williams and the late Burnell and Richard Paynes, Darlene Green and Sheila Gilmore. Preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 66 years a native of Westwego, La. and a resident of Harvey, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Rock Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Rock Baptist Church 2300 Rochelle Ave. Harvey, La. on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
