Michael Wayne Thompson entered into eternal rest at East Jefferson Hospital on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the age of 25. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Michael was a graduate of Louisiana Technical College and employed as a truck driver. Fiancé of LaCrecia Williams. Father of Lance-Michael Fitzgerald Thompsn and Michaela Skye Thompson. Son of Alex and Tina Thompson and Michael McClure. Grandson of Lillie McClure, Verna Thompson, and the late Doris Anderson-Watts, Jimmy Watts and Willie McClure, Sr. Brother of Alex Thompson, Jr., Allen Thompson and Arian Tucker. Godfather of Jameka Watts and Daniel Butler. Devoted friend of Chris Gaspard; also survived by 1 niece and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Life Center FGBC, Second Baptist, St. Mary B.C., St. Joseph B. C., Israel B.
