Charles Manuel departed this life on Sunday, August 3, 2014 in Marrero, La. Loving father of Chantrell Manuel,Takelia Jackson, and Lakelia Jackson (His Black Girl). Grandfather of Ny'Jha Thornton. Son of the late Andrew and Rosetta Manuel. Stepson of the late Viola Hayes. Brother of Eugene Manuel, Terry Manuel, Darrell Manuel, Learn Daniel Manuel, Johnny Manuel, Timothy Manuel Charles, Mary Turner, Shavea Houston, and the late Curtis, David, and Andrew Manuel also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 55 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mt. Calvary Church, Regular Baptist Church, Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Isreal Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services at Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church 1600 Westwood Dr. Marrero, La. on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Terry Gullage officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
