Carolyn A Cain

Carolyn Jackson Cain entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 11, 2014 at the age of 76. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife of the late Randolph Cain. Loving mother of Rev. Parnell (Lisa) Doris, Kevin Doris, Sr. and Deron (Renee) Tross, Sr. Daughter of the late Westley and Amelia Jackson. Sister of Herbert (Daisy), Herman (Carliss), Anthony (Gwen) Jackson, Geraldine (Junious) White and Gwendolyn Carter; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Highway Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Highway Baptist Church, 1533 Haydel Dr. Marrero, LA on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 11:00a.m. Pastor Sherman R. Smith, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
