Ashley Lynette Massey

Ashley Lynette Massey, age 24, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus. She was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Ashley was a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School and was a Liver Transplant Patient Advocate at Ochsner Medical Center. Loving daughter of Larry Clark and Walette Skinner Massey. Sister of Anderson Charles Massey, III, Carlton K. Skinner, Bernard Clark, Ronique Massey-Spurlock, Jessica J. Massey, Jaimee S. Skinner, Neldra A. Clark, Angel Clark, and Brittany Clark. Granddaughter of Frances L. Skinner and the late Hayes and Rosie L. Clark. Great granddaughter of the late Mahalie S. Williams and Ella H. Massey. Niece of the late Inell S. Thomas, Howard Hawkins and Charles Hawkins; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 4th St. Westwego, LA on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
