Denise Lewis, age 52, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 1, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Avondale, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Devoted mother of Aldaro Russell and Kaylien Lewis. Loving grandmother of Ava Russell. Daughter of Catherine Simmons and the late Edward Jones. Stepdaughter of Walter Simmons. Sister of Albert Lewis, Ulysses Lewis, Calvin Lewis, Derrick Jones, Sr., Regina Williams and Joses Arbuthnot; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
