Alontay Kenquan Simmons departed this life on Thursday, September 11, 2014. Son of Quentin Wiley and Reneal Simmons. Adopted son of Herbert and Tiffany Simmons. Grandson of Olivia Simmons, Wardell McIntyre, Glenn Taylor, and the late Helen Wiley. Brother of Micayla Hill, Darrick, Quentin, Darrielle, and Darreneal Simmons. Stepbrother of Tairyon and Darrius Sorrels, Cortez Hill, Herbert Crossgrow, Jiah and Kyla Simmons, and Shani Paul. Nephew of Kenneth Simmons, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 17 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Third Emmanuel Baptist Church, Mt. Hermon B.C., and neighboring; faculty and staff of L.W. Higgins High School, Henry Ford Middle School, Slidell, Jr. High School, Norbert Rillieux Elementary School, Jefferson Parish Headstart, and employees of Suburban Extended Stay are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Friday September 19, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
