Leroy Lumpkin, Jr., a laborer, departed this life on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Ochsner Medical Center Kenner. Beloved son of the late Leroy Lumpkin, Sr. and Lillie Mae Lumpkin. Brother of Robert Lumpkin, Linda Lumpkin, Pamela Lumpkin, and Jacqueline Lumpkin; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
