Willie T. Broome, Jr., a retired laborer for Intercostal Pipeline, Inc. entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 4:30p.m. Beloved husband of the late Ethel Mae Tillman Broome. Father of Willie L. (Gloria) Broome. Grandfather of Aaron Wilson and BR McGuile .Son of the late Willie T. Broome, Sr. and Valiree Williams Broome. Brother of Charman (Helen) Broome, Jerome Broome, Gladys Jones, Laurie (Alex) Holmes, Justine Powell, Cassandra Broome, Ester Davis and the late Johnnie Lee, Carl and Charles Broome, Lucille and Elly Brown. Brother in law of Geraldine Broome and Zella Tillman. A special friend of Joyce, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 75 years a native of Utica, Ms. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Regular Baptist Church and neighboring churches.
