Linda Douville Washington, age 59, departed this life on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife of Gussie Lee Washington, Jr. Loving mother of Michael (Yolanda) Lewis, Jr., Lorenzo Taylor and the late Nicole Washington. Daughter of Rosalee Douville and the late Leon Douville, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Edward and Gertrude Steward and Julia Nelson. Sister of Leon Douvillle, Jr. Paul Douville, Deborah (Andrew) James, Gertrude (Pastor Joseph) Hampton and late Peggy Williams. Daughter-in-law of Mildred Washington and the late Gussie Washington; also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St Mark Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Mark Baptist Church, 1929 Huey P.
