Marquis Arnez Thomas departed this life on Thursday October 9, 2014 at the age of 26. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Marquis attended John Ehret High School. Beloved son Timmy Thomas and Toni Favorite. Brother of Arthur Thomas, Monterio Thomas, and Tempestt Thomas. Uncle of Ty'Jae Conner. Grandson of Ester Chess, Cornelius James, David (Shelly) Tigler and Mathew (Betty) Thomas. Great grandson of the late Rosie Chess Burns and Lucille Phillp. Great Nephew of the late Willie Dean Bailey, Edward Chess and Milton Phillip; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
