Laura Ann George

Laura Ann "Bizzy" George, age 53, peacefully departed this life on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at her residence surrounded by loved ones. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Laura was a graduate of Xavier Prep High School Class of 1979. Devoted mother of James (Tiffany) and Jarvis (Cierra) George and Johnae' Ozokwo. Grandmotherof A'Mya George and Averi Burke. Beloved daughter of the late Cleveland "Coon" and Lillie Mae "Fatt" George. Sister of Jerry, Sr., Touette, Sr., Lenor and Dorene George and the late Dave George; also survived by host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of All Saints Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church, 1441 Teche St., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Father Peter Weiss, celebrant Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
