Garfield Williams, Jr., a landscaper, peacefully entered into eternal rest at his residence on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at the age of 77. He was a native of Utica, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved husband of Maggie Noel Williams. Loving father of Diane Williams (fiancée Calvin Jacks), Eunice Williams and Richard (Kim Marie) Williams. Son of the late Garfield, Sr. and Ethel Lee Williams. Brother of Laura Frazier and the late Johnnie Ellis, Mary Tilman, Lorrene Scott, Maybell Jacobs and Nellee Williams; also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, St. John Missionary Baptist Church and Strawbridge Missionary Baptist Church both of Utica, MS and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Viewing at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, 6533 Acre Rd.
