Evangelist Pamela Eugene Carter entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 9, 2015 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Loving mother of Latoya (Tommie) Carter. Daughter of the late Sam Mosely and Elsie Alma Boudreaux. Granddaughter of the late Frank and Ester Eugene. Sister of Steven (Consuella) Eugene, Debra (Edward) Coleman, Jeanette (Charles) Hills, Elise Delahoussaye and Jauline (Gary) Williams. Godmother of Troy (Vania) Delahoussaye. Niece of the late Ester Sanders, Dorothy Lagarde, Mildred Martin, O'Neal Eugene and Morris Eugene; also survived by 4 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 58 years, a native of Bridge City, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA.
