Warren "Buddy" Tyrone Scovell departed this life at Jo Ellen Smith Convalescent Center on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Father of Tyrone Derrick Scovell. Grandfather of Tyrone, Akeem, Kyra, Ras Daniel, Righteous, and Ras David Scovell. Son of the late Warren and Geneva Scovell. Brother of Lucrecia Johnson, Shedrick Scovell, Shirnette Wilson and the late Jean Bush, Jacinta Scovell and Warren Scovell, Jr. Former husband of Gwendolyn Scovell. Nephew and godson of Helen Johnson; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 65 years, a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE ST.
