Grandson of Bobbie Smith, Perry (Rose) Alexcee and Charles Napoleon, Sr. Brother of Ashley, Raymond, and Tiffany Smith, Charles Napoleon III, Jade, Justin, Chyenne and Devontay Mitchell and Destin Tinson. Uncle of Mia, Nia, Layla, Amber, and Riley Smith and Adrian Jones. Godfather of Ma'khiva Boudreaux, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 25 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La.
