Mary Ann Slater

Mary Ann "Mae" Slater passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at West Jefferson Medical Center at the age of 64. She was a native of Donaldsonville, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Devoted companion of Alvin Johnson. Loving mother of Deneal Slater, Alex Slater and Troy Slater. Daughter of the late Alfred Junior and Gertrude Slater; also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Homegoing Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
