Leola Robinson Peters, age 69, a retired teacher of Dwight D. Eisenhower School where she rendered thirty 38 years of dedicated service, departed this life at her residence on Saturday, April 11, 2015. She was a native of New Orleans, La. and a lifelong resident of Gretna, La. Mrs. Peters was graduate of L. B. Landry High School and earned a B.A. Degree in Education from Southern University of Baton Rouge, La. Beloved wife of the late C. L. Peters. Daughter of the late Homer and Mattie Washington Robinson. Sister of Catherine (William E.) Peters, Homer, Jr., Walter, Samuel, Jackie, and Tommy Robinson. Devoted aunt and godmother of Tiffany Peters Lewis, Keisha Robinson Taplet, and Nataira Robinson, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
