Mathilda "Rena" Senette Jones entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 10, 2015 at her residence. Loving mother of Catina Senette (Brian McKee) and Kimberly (ShaKeith) Senette. Grandmother of Rachelle, Rodrick, Lawrence, Kerryell, Orayell, India, Nolan Na"Jae and Jamia Johnson, Quastella and Joetrara Norman and the late Quastella, Rodney and Rokeith Senette . Great grandmother of the late Rickey Senette. Step grandmother of Brian Broussard and Alexis Down. Daughter of the late William and Elouise Thomas Senette, Lawrence "Tooker" and Lillian Anderson her uncle and aunt whom she was reared by in Lockport, LA. Granddaughter of the late John and Elnora Thomas. Sister of William, Claudell and Ray Senette, Stray, Albert, Rayfield and Elnora Thomas, Elizabeth Jackson and the late Alvin, Evelyn, Joleath and Michael Senette, Roy Thomas and Cherlyn Sylve. Former wife of Percy Jones. Devoted companion the late Benjamin "Ben Fox" Cornelius James, Jr. Godmother of Verla Hill; also survived by 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 67 years, a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.
