Genevieve Clark Johnson, a retail sales associate, departed this life at her residence on Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was a graduate of L.B. Landry High School. Wife of the late Edward Johnson, Sr. Mother of Edward Johnson, Jr., Glenn Clark, Shannon Johnson and Una D. Barnes. Daughter of the late Joseph P. Clark, Sr. and Genevieve C. Clark. Sister of Donald Clark, Aaron E. Clark, Rosaline McDonald, Virginia Clark, Clara Williams, and the late Joseph P. Clark, Jr., Octave Clark, Brian Clark, Myrtle Carter, and Camille Clark, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 72 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La. on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
