Candace Kelley Vance entered into eternal on Friday, June 26, 2015 at Touro Infirmary Hospital. Wife of the late Smith Vance. Mother of Alma Vance, Freida Vance, Pamela (James) Young, Randolp Vance, Andrew Vance, Lawrence (Kimberly) Harvey, Karen Vance , Franchesca Vance, and the late Lloyd Vance, Johnny Vance, Elvis Vance, Daniel Vance, Sharon Vance, and Wilma Warren. Daughter of the late John and Clara Kelley. Sister of the late Lloyd Kelley, and Charles Harrell, also survived by 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends Age: 87 years a native of Utica, Ms. and a resident of New Orleans, La.
