Clifford "Huck-A-Buck" Richard, Sr., age 66, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 23, 2015. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Clifford retired as a welder from the Jefferson Parish Department of Drainage after over 20 years of service. Loving husband of Stella Boudreaux Richard for over 48 years. Devoted father of Cashana Richard (Kedrick) Sanders and the late Clifford, Jr. and Shaun Richard. Son of Carrie Richard and the late Paul Richard. Brother of Sherri Wheeler, Deborah (Samuel) Hines, Portia Armstrong, Doris (Jeffery) Duckett, Kevin Richard and the late Elsie Jenkins and Leo Richard. Uncle of the late Charles McFarlin, Jr. Godfather of Peggy Wilson. Son-in-law of the late Mr. & Mrs. Claude Boudreaux; also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 daughters-in-law, 6 sisters-in-law, 6 brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Israel Baptist Church, Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Changing a Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Jefferson Parish Dept. of Drainage, Jefferson Parish School System, and Heart of Hospice; members of Old Harvey Civic Association and the entire Harvey Community are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Israel Baptist Church, 1612 Esther St. Harvey LA on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00a.m. Pastor Johnny McKinnies, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
