Lum Davis, Jr., a retired Assistant Maintenance Worker at John Ehret High School, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Carrington Place Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Brenda London Davis. Father of Byron (Goldie) Davis, Darian (Keisha) Davis, Corey (Felicia) Davis, and the late Lum Davis, III and Camisha Davis. Son of the late Lum Davis, Sr. and Irene Davis. Brother of Lionel Davis, Loyce Green, Joyce Davis, Glenda Davis, Brenda Davis, and the late Jimmie Lee Davis, Annie Lee Walker, Rosemary Clark, and Lula Davis, also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives. Age: 67 years a native of St. Joseph, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Minister Tromane Harris officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, La.
