Jessie Edward Ferrand, a construction worker for Hod Carrier, entered into rest at his residence on Friday, August 14, 2015. Husband of Dorothy Mae Butler-Ferrand. Son of the late George Ferrand and Leola Meade Farria. Grandson of the late James and Beatrice Meade. Brother of the late Theodore Ferrand. Brother in law of Calvin, Sr., Manuel, and Jessie J. Stanley, Louis Butler, Sr., Kenneth Cloud, Doris Manuel, Dianne Moore, Veronica Holmes, Carolyn Cloud and the late Karen Butler Henry. Son in law of the late Louis, Sr. and Dorothy Butler, also survived by 7 sons, 26 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 65 years a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the graveside service at Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery 9820 Nine Mile Point Rd.
