Anderson Alexander

Anderson "Uncle Dickie" "Rah-Re" Alexander departed this life on Friday, August 14, 2015 at the age of 81. He was a native of Oak Point, LA and a resident of Oakville, LA. Uncle Dickie as he was affectionately called was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator for many years and considered one of the best in Plaquemine Parish. Son of the late Rev. Grandville Alexander, Sr. and Rose Johnson Alexander. Brother of the late Howard Alexander, Williams Alexander, Henry Alexander, Grandville Alexander, Jr., Thomas Alexander, Violet A. Bradley, Isabell Johnson and John Alexander. His love, wisdom and tenacity will be remembered and celebrated by his loving devoted niece Tammy Bradley and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A private Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 10:00a.m., for relatives and close friends.
