Juliette Ozan Moran departed this life on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. Devoted mother of Sonia Marie Dixon and Veronica Denise Meyers. Grandmother of Casey Paul Meyers, Mya Simone Dixon and the late Jessika Simone Meyers. Great grandmother of Kali Meyers. Daughter of the late Harold H. Ozan, Sr. and Celeste H. Ozan. Granddaughter of the late Joseph E. and Lillie H. Hebert and Clifford and Antonia R. Ozan. Sister of Marvin Ozan of California, Mandrake Ozan, Delores O. Eskinde both of Gretna, LA, Estelle O. (Alfred) Ragas of Algiers, LA and the late Louis Piper and Harold H. Ozan, Jr. Godmother of Tammy Washington; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 70 years, a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA.
