Virgie Lee Guy peacefully entered eternal rest at her daughter's resident on Monday August 24, 2015 at the age of 80. She was a native of Tylertown, Ms., a resident of Jackson, Ms. and temporarily residing in Marrero, La. Virgie was a retired Head Cook for Jitney Jungle Supermarket and University Medical Center both of Jackson, Ms. Beloved wife of the late Jim Guy. Loving mother of Iomie Robertson and Rosie (Wallace) Green. Daughter of the late Lonnie and Cora B. Robertson. Sister of J.W.(Jessie Dean) Robertson and the late X.A., Floyd, Albert, Seth and Ellis Robertson, Noemer Barnes, Amelia Macinham, Naomi Peters and Iomie Robertson. Grandmother of Jervon (Terry )Randall, Marilyn Robertson and Michael Bradley, Jr. Also survived by 6 Great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Home going Celebration at Lee's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 186 Hobgood Road Tylertown, Ms., on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 1:00pm.
