Eunice Vicks Rhea

Eunice "Baby Girl" Marie Vicks Rhea peacefully entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the age of 46. She was native of Bridge City, LA and a resident of Alpharetta, GA. Eunice was an independent film producer and director. She was an avid fitness and health enthusiast who had a smile that was infectious. Eunice served her country as a member of the U.S. Army. She married Jacques Rhea the love of her life and from this union two sons were born Caleb Rochon Rhea and Christian Joshua Rhea the joys of her life. Daughter of Rose Smith Harris and the late Arthur Vicks, Jr. Granddaughter of the late Elizabeth and Alfred Baloney, Eunice and Arthur Vicks, Sr. Sister of Albert, Donovan (Jamie), William (Anitha), Glynn (Joyce Marie), Vivian, and Rhonda Allen, Bryant Murray, Michael (Vanessa) Jordan, Brenda Mitchell, Mechell Durell, Susie (Rubin) Davis, Joyce Martin, Danielle Harris, Alanda, and the late Barbara Galloway. Daughter-in-law of Ralph Marks Rhea, Sr. and the late Rita Mae Robinson Rhea. Sister-in-law of Ralph, Jr., Chester, Mitchell, Kenneth, Renard, Ermine, Sybil, and Simone Rhea, Rita Perry, Edna Leonard, Carliss Anderson, Antoinette Brooks, and Cherlyn Brown. Preceded in death by 3 nephews, and 1 niece; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Salvation Baptist Church, World Changers Church International of College Park, GA and neighboring Churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Salvation Baptist Church, 212 Marrero St. Bridge City, LA on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Charles Crawford, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
